This licence is reserved to software house, web agencies, companies and individuals that want to include our fonts in computer softwares, web/mobile applications and games, eBooks for dynamic display of texts.
It allows a maximum of ten people to install and use the fonts on temporary developement cpus, as well as the copy of the font files on the production web servers or the inclusion of said files in the software.
This license doesn't apply to broadcast uses, and doesn't allow re-selling of the fonts in any form.

INCLUDED
You can embed the font(s) for use in computer softwares, web/mobile applications and games, eBooks.
One license covers a single software/app/eBook title on an unlimited platforms, upgrades and sales. You can buy multiple licenses for more than one title.
NOT INCLUDED
You cannot create graphics, logos, and artworks for display on any surface or physical products.
You cannot embed the font(s) in an App that enables the end user to create custom typesetting with the font.
You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties with the App’s source code.
End User Licence Agreement
Our End-User License Agreement ("EULA") grants a business entity ("YOU") the following rights:
01 You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the fonts.
02] You can make archival copies of the fonts for your own purposes.
03] A copy of the fonts may be sent as part of a file release to a prepress bureau.
- 04] Fonts can be embedded in other software files, such as Portable Document Format (PDF) or Flash files, but you will take all reasonable care to embed the fonts in such a way that they cannot be extracted from the files you create.
- 05] You may modify the fonts for your own purposes, but the copyright remains with Zetafonts, and you are not allowed to distribuite renamed, edited or derivative works, either for profit or not.
06] Fonts can be distributed as part of your products, either as webfonts located on your webserver or as assets in your software package for realtime rendering. No reselling of the font as a font software is allowed: the application or websites cannot have the sale of user-entered phrases rendered in the licensed fonts as their main purpose (e.g. logo making softwares, etc.) - for those uses a worldwide license is needed.
Zetafonts expressly disclaims any warranty for the fonts. The fonts and any related documentation is provided "as it is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the fonts remains with you. In no event shall Zetafonts or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Zetafonts has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
